Stop Searching. Start Learning. Own your Game.
In a world where information is literally at your fingertips, how can one be so lost when trying to figure out their golf game? You can type anything into YouTube and find a drill intended to help. This may work for a moment, but the moment is often fleeting leaving you back where you started and searching yet again.
The internet has a lot of answers but every tip, drill, program, etc. is generalized to appeal to a large audience. In the end, you need answers pertaining to you and your game. You need to learn why your ball goes right and what you need to do to change that. You need to understand why you score better on the front 9 than you do the back 9. I cannot answer these questions for everyone at the same time, no one can, but I can help you find these answers for your game.
If you are tired of being confused and constantly changing swing thoughts as you scroll through the internet, then stop searching and start learning about your game and your swing with Dan Merrell Golf.

“I have been playing golf for 4 years. Since Dan and I began working together I am hitting it further, chipping uphill on a slope is now possible for me to do and I am putting with more accuracy. Dan is attentive, knowledgeable, and gets to the heart of the matter in golf instruction. He is patient and kind. When I hit the ball with authority, Dan is quick to praise me. The day following the lesson, Dan sends me a wrap up of what happened with suggestions to improve. I would also like to add that he responds via email to questions I have about our lessons and Dan is generous with his time. I highly recommend Dan as a golf coach.”

“I’ve been working with Dan for about 6 ½ years now and since day one he has shown his commitment towards helping me improve as a golfer. Dan shows the same, if not more passion since the first day I met him. Dan is patient and resilient towards his teaching. When I first started working with Dan, I was probably shooting in the mid to highs 90’s. After six years I’m shooting consistently in the low to mid 70’s. I won my conference and was named player of the year my junior year of college.
Dan provides a blueprint that focuses on your own swing. He does not teach the same technique to everyone and lets you swing your own swing. Dan has a lot of knowledge about Trackman and biomechanics. He utilizes the data provided from those devices to his advantage when providing key feedback about my swing. With all that technical knowledge, Dan still places an emphasis on the mental aspect of the game. He believes there is a process and helps me think in a process-oriented way. It helps stay in the present and enjoy the moment rather than get mad about the past or anxious about the future.
I would definitely recommend Dan. Besides being an excellent coach, he is a good person. Dan is someone who is always trying to learn and get better personally, and that energy is contagious. When he teaches you can feel the positive energy and the passion he has towards the game and his students. He communicates well with his students and it is always a good sign to have a coach that is easy to talk to and is willing to help you become a better golfer, but most important, a better person. Dan’s ability to teach in a way where his students can understand is a feature that amazes me the most. He understands every golfer is different and their learning skills differ so he adapts to a way where his students can understand him and learn from it. If you are passionate, dedicated, and willing to improve, Dan is the perfect fit as your coach.”
